Raegan Rivers is a connector. It is the thread running through every business, partnership, and community she has built throughout her career.

She founded Lobby, a curated hotel platform focused on exceptional independent hospitality and modern travel experiences, securing more than 50 hotel partnerships before launch.

During her time at a New York tech startup, she worked on partnerships that helped drive multiple seven-figure deals during the company's early expansion. It reinforced a principle that continues to guide her work today. The strongest partnerships are built by understanding the goals of both sides and finding where they naturally connect.

Seeing opportunity where others see separate worlds.

After relocating to Lisbon, that instinct evolved into something more experiential and community driven.

She brokered a rooftop partnership with a boutique hotel that brought more than 100 guests per night into the venue on weekends, generating new revenue while building cultural relevance around the space.

She launched Vinho da Gama, working directly with independent Portuguese wine producers and introducing wines rarely found outside Portugal to American consumers through curated tastings, events, and experiences.

Then came The Bayou, her New Orleans cocktail bar inspired by her Louisiana roots. What began as a venue quickly became part of Lisbon's cultural fabric, bringing together locals, travellers, creatives, and hospitality lovers through food, music, events, and community.
